Delivery Information

We aim to despatch your order within 3-5 working days of it being placed. All orders are sent out Royal Mail with a flat rate dependant on destination country. If local to the area (Cambridge, Gloucestershire) your order can be collected from the Classy Glass & Awards Ltd workshop within our regular working hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).

Please note that if ordering from abroad you are now responsible for all customs and import fees at your end!
